Long Island PRIDE BJJ Tournament!!!

Tournament this weekend. We had competitors from children to adults and masters.
Each fight was packed with plenty of action and skill, all competitors fought bravely with
their full heart and soul. A great day and great learning experience for everyone, especially
for those who competed for their first time. So whats next? Training harder and smarter than
ever before and putting your new found experiences into your tool kit.
